By creating an account or using FidelyStamp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on FidelyStamp. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. FidelyStamp is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Platform use

FidelyStamp provides digital loyalty tools for customers and businesses. You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose and not to abuse, manipulate, or exploit loyalty programs, points, or rewards.

5. Business data responsibilities

Businesses using FidelyStamp are responsible for obtaining, preserving, and being able to prove the authorizations required to process their customers' personal data, including for loyalty, advertising, campaigns, customer relationship management, service quality improvement, customer experience improvement, analytics, and artificial intelligence purposes where applicable.

Businesses must not use FidelyStamp to send commercial communications to customers who have not authorized that purpose or who have requested deletion, revocation, or restriction of advertising or commercial processing.

Businesses may opt in or opt out of allowing data associated with their business account to be used for artificial intelligence model training, subject to FidelyStamp's Privacy Policy, Habeas Data Policy, and the individual rights of data subjects.
